WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As part of the PEPI team, you will be based in Prague, Lisbon or Warsaw to lead our practice in the consulting industry. Our product team leaders are former tech founders with a history of successful exits. Our team combines the benefits of enterprise resources and the agile speed of a start-up to allow us to deliver for our practice in our three-year journey.
McKinsey’s Private Equity practice is on a three-year journey to strengthen itself through technology investment. While our practice is one of the largest at our firm, we have scaled our organization so quickly that we seek to implement best-in-class infrastructure and productization of our offerings to the world’s most sophisticated clients. QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record; computer science degree preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Experience with digital, database-driven analytical tools
• Experience with Node.js and React

As a member of our development team, you will work on and have ownership of our team’s products along with our product managers, designers, and internal business leaders.
You will be exposed to several products and you’ll be encouraged to develop deep domain expertise to allow you the ability to make day-to-day decisions aligned with our firm’s and team’s mission.
