Program Details:

• Location: Remote
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay: $25.00/hour

Our ideal apprentice is not only curious and adaptable but also proactive in driving change and innovation. You’re quick to identify opportunities for process improvements and enjoy leveraging technology to solve problems. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, always looking ahead to create solutions that push the boundaries of financial technology.

What you’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
• Basic coding and programming skills with a foundational understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to break down complex ideas and present them in an accessible manner.
• Demonstrated ability to self-learn new languages, frameworks, and tools as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also demonstrating independence in managing individual tasks and timelines.
• Must meet all legal requirements to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
