Program Details:
- Location: Remote
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay: $25.00/hour

What you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
- Basic coding and programming skills with a foundational understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to break down complex ideas and present them in an accessible manner.
- Demonstrated ability to self-learn new languages, frameworks, and tools as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also demonstrating independence in managing individual tasks and timelines.
- Must meet all legal requirements to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
