As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing products that enhance the company’s digital landscape. With a strong focus on backend development in Node.js and Python and experience with AWS services, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact across all of the company’s interfaces, new features, and data strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop New Product Features: Drive new product initiatives from initial conception through to deployment.
  • Consult & Collaborate: Work closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement optimal solutions.
  • Build and Secure Architecture: Lead strong architectural design patterns and integrate robust solutions across the platform.
  • Innovate in a Start-Up Culture: Work within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment that values creativity and agility.

Ideal Profile
You are a passionate, self-motivated engineer with a deep understanding of modern software engineering practices. You enjoy collaborating with customers and teams and have the technical and interpersonal skills to inspire others.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js/JavaScript development
  • Solid background with AWS services (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudFormation, serverless frameworks, Terraform)
  • Database expertise, particularly PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch
  • Knowledge of Agile development, microservices, TDD, and system integration patterns
  • Frontend collaboration experience, with some exposure to Vue or React
  • Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams, offering technical guidance and development support
  • Background in the financial sector is a plus, though not required
  • Technical degree with strong academic credentials
