Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating visually appealing, functional, and SEO-optimized websites. This role demands expertise in modern front-end technologies, as well as proficiency in building and maintaining custom WordPress websites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical Skills:


    • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

    • Proficiency in frameworks like Bootstrap and libraries like jQuery.
    • Strong knowledge of WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
    • Familiarity with PHP and MySQL for back-end operations.
    • Experience with SEO optimization techniques and tools.
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
    • Soft Skills:


      • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

      • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
      • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Experience with other JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
      • Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch for design collaboration is a plus.
      • Knowledge of server management and hosting platforms.

      Responsibilities:

      • Front-End Development:


        • Develop responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.

        • Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
        • Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX.
        • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
        • Back-End Development:


          • Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites, including plugins, themes, and custom functionalities.

          • Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed.
          • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hosting, performance, and website errors.
          • SEO Optimization:


            • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, schema markup, and site structure improvements.

            • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure websites meet SEO goals.
            • Monitor and enhance site performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
            • General Responsibilities:


              • Maintain and improve website architecture, ensuring security and scalability.

              • Debug and fix issues across all layers of the web stack.
              • Stay updated on the latest web development trends and best practices.
              • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
