THIS FLOOR SUPERVISOR ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE LOVING, PASSIONATE, POSITIVE AND A BORN TO LEAD EDUCATOR. YOU ARE AN EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR.

Its premise is based on three tenants - Integrity - Purpose- Growth. You preferably have your degree in Early Childhood Education paired with your ECE licence with the BC Registry. We will also consider applicants who have their ECE diploma with 1+ years in leadership. It’s perfect for an Educator who wants more experience in a leadership role and is ready to take the leap. Understanding and implementation of the ELF and code of Ethics is expected.
Your position will be co-teaching with two other licensed Educators. Some of the duties you will be performing include (but are not limited to):

• Perform on the floor leadership duties to assist in training, team building, coaching and delegating to your team
