SALARY
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday £26,122 per annum, flexible hours will be given consideration.
Applications are invited for the post of Full Time Engineering Administration Clerk, Manchester, based at our newly acquired Queens Road Depot.
With over 2000 colleagues spread across five sites, Stagecoach Manchester is one of the country’s biggest bus operators. We are recruiting a full time Engineering Administration Clerk to join the team, to help us as we expand our business due to the successful award of Greater Manchester Franchising contracts based in Middleton, Oldham and Queens Road depots.
This a permanent position that will work under the Fleet Engineer at Queens Road Depot dealing with and supporting the management team with any reasonable administration tasks.
The principal duties and responsibilities are:-
- Maintenance of administration systems, i.e. E P Morris, Workday, EAM’s, Grampian
- To maintain all engineering records relevant to the depot and its staff and vehicles.
- Reconciliation and input of drivers daily defects and code as required.
- Input reported breakdowns/changeovers and relevant repair statements.
- Appropriate filing of all engineering documentation
- To create/populate weekly and daily reports as required.
- Complete clock cards and calculating hours to send to payroll.
- Process holiday requests
We are looking for someone who is committed to public transport, computer literate in both Microsoft Excel and Excel, be adaptable to new systems, flexible in their approach to work and be able to work accurately despite tight deadlines. Previous administration skills are essential.
