You would work directly under the General Manager

5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE

Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.
Salary Range would be between $50,000 to $ 55,000

In addition, the following perks will apply:

  • 5 year free trip with spending money

Responsibilities:

Daily entries of accounts payable invoice entry into QuickBooks Online
Daily entries of accounts receivable. checking using Lightspeed & QuickBooks
Purchase Order review against AP Invoices
Month End
Review and respond to all accounting emails
Assist in Payroll Processing
Assist the general manager as needed.
Take on the Human Resources onboarding for new Employees
Qualifications:
Must Have:
Knowledge, confidence & experience using QuickBooks Online
Knowledge, confidence & experience using Outlook, Excel & Word
Knowledge & confidence as a Bookkeeper.
Amazing written & verbal English Skills
Confidence with Technology and learning new programs
Bonus:
Knowledge of Lightspeed
