JOB BRIEF: We are seeking an experienced and outgoing leasing agent to join our team at Fairmont/Monticello Apartments in the Central West End. Fairmont/Monticello Apartments is a community of one hundred and thirty-nine apartments with a mix of studio and one-bedroom homes.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior marketing or sales experience required; customer service experience helpful.
- Yardi experience is helpful
- Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
