EMPLOYMENT TERMS & BENEFITS SUMMARY:

• Employment is contingent on and subject to a signed employment contract.
• Five (5) paid sick days accrued at 0.8 days per month (sick days may not be used until after the three-month trial period).
• 100% company-paid life insurance in the amount of one times the employee’s annual base salary (capped at $100K).

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Seeking a full-time Nanny/Mother’s Helper for a busy family with two young children (3 and 1) and a baby on the way (due in April). This role is ideal for a proactive, organized individual who enjoys working with children, managing household tasks, and spending time outdoors on the family’s 14-acre property. The family has two dogs, a Great Dane and a Chihuahua mix, so comfort with pets is important.
Looking for someone active, energetic, enjoys outdoor activities and doesn’t mind getting dirty.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Must be an excellent driver
• Prior experience working with infants and toddlers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Comfortable with pets (Great Dane and Chihuahua mix)
• Must enjoy outdoor activities and be physically active
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist a child with a mild speech delay
• Flexibility with work hours and duties
• Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Primary care for the two young children and newborn once they arrive
• General housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and helping with laundry
• Assisting the stay-at-home mother with daily household needs
• Coordinating activities and outings for the children
• Meal preparation for the children
• Pet care as needed (feeding, letting dogs out, etc.)
• Driving children to activities and appointments if necessary
• Occasional errands and tasks as assigned by the family
• Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children
