REQUIREMENTS

• A focused team player with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in the picking and processing of online customer orders.
• Punctual and responsible
• A confident communicator
• The ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Willingness to help out in other areas when necessary
• The ability for work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Picking, quality checking and processing KG and Harrods Direct customer orders
• Operating IT systems
• Internal stock management
• Investigating stock discrepancies
• Database handling
• Communicating with other departments via email and telephone
• Liaising with shop-floor staff and management team
