Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant at our Huntingwood Head Office! In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our Executive Administrator, utilising your exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage a variety of administrative tasks. We are open to negotiating a part-time schedule, which could suit around school hours, etc.
We are seeking a driven individual who thrives both as part of our National Team and independently. The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, and eager to support all departments as needed while growing in this role. Responsibilities:
- The face of the Huntingwood Head Office. Meet people as they arrive at site
- Assist the Executive Assistant in preparing for meetings, audits, and on site events
- Manage the ordering of stationery and amenities for Huntingwood
- Point of contact for on-site contractors
- Handle photocopying, laminating, and binding tasks as they arise
- Manage filing and record-keeping efficiently
- Assist management with various tasks as needed
- Reconcile data for inclusion in reports
To be considered applicants MUST have:
- Minimum 2 years previous similar experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Be flexible and bring a positive work ethic
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously
