JOB DESCRIPTION: CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST (RCT)

Cambridge Cardiac Care Center is made of a multidisciplinary team and the cardiovascular technologist is an integral part of the office. The responsibilities of this job include the following:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of an accredited cardiovascular technologist program (New Grads Welcome)
• Registered with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT)
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and related technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• In good standing with the CSCT, OSCT or CCI.
