Job Description:
Candidates will monitor, assess, treat, and report symptoms and changes in patient condition. Perform patient-centered care, administer medications and treatments prescribed by a physician, update and keep track of patient medical records, supervise other RPNs and PSWs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must have a valid CNO registration (no restrictions)
• Candidate must be located in GTA and able to commute to the LTCH.
• Candidate can communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese or Tagalog (preferred)
• Candidate must be legally allowed to work in Canada
• Candidate must be able to take full-time hours of shifts (about 10 shifts every 2 weeks)
