Derrycourt is looking for a dynamic Resource Planner to add to our successful Manpower Planning Team. The core function of this role will be planning, scheduling & managing our resources efficiently to meet business needs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a support / administrative role.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of English both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Romanian or Polish language desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills in order to schedule employee’s time and resources efficiently.
  • Is responsive and prompt, follows through on inquiries, requests and complaints with a timely and complete response.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • User knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Ability at times to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility in relation to working hours is essential as 2 mornings a week you will be required to start at 7.30am.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising on a daily basis with other Manpower colleagues, Supervisors and Regional & Area Managers to identify the resourcing needs of the business.
  • Ensuring planning and scheduling needs of the business are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing the recruitment process for additional resources that may be required to meet manpower planning needs of the business.
  • Resolving scheduling or planning conflicts in a proactive manner and providing suitable solutions.
  • Highlighting, in a timely manner, resourcing issues and working to resolve these issues.
  • Maintaining and updating requests in Salesforce and other internal systems as required.
  • Ensure operatives are dispatched to client sites who are suitably trained.
  • Communicate with operatives to confirm availability and provide details of the jobs.
  • Update Supervisors & / or Regional & Area Managers via email with details of cover arrangements.
  • Identifying upcoming staffing requirement – a minimum of 2 weeks in advance & communicate to relevant business stakeholders.
  • Update roster details on staff management tool.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationship across the organisation with staff at all levels.
  • Support team with ad hoc tasks as required.
