A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE…

In this role not only will you need to have strong personal values which align with ours, you will need a work ethic that is second to none as this will be the true key to your success at Mitre 10 MEGA Upper Hutt.
Combining your strong retail background and your ability to take the initiative, this role will see you assist the Retail Manager to lead an already established team and demonstrate your ability to challenge, motivate and drive the team in a fast pace and fun environment delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

THIS WILL SEE YOU TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR:

• Assist in managing and maintaining the department
• Work with the Retail Manager to continually improve stock availability and inventory controls;
• Assist the Retail Manager to ensure team members provide the best customer service possible,
• Promote a team culture that encourages a positive working environment
