LOCATIONS AVAILABLE:

• Leichhardt: Room Leader in the Preschool Room (1-2 years of experience required)
• Bankstown: Room Leader in the Toddler Room (1-2 years of experience required)
• Ryde: Room Leader in the 0-2 Age Group (1-2 years of experience required)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Leichhardt: Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
• Bankstown & Ryde: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Current Working with Children Check
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
• Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
• Full working rights in Australia
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, full-time

As a Room Leader, you will be a vital part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for all enrolled children. Your role will align with the service philosophy, procedures, and policies, adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework.
