Full-time Service Writer/Advisor

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Writer/Advisor to join our busy motorcycle dealership team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience (automotive or repair environment preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Service writer experience preferred
• Motorcycle/powersport experience is a plus

• Schedule customer appointments and manage service workflow
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
• Handle service work for walk-ins and the parts & service department
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Process invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate customer records and service recommendations
• Order parts and communicate with the parts department
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, products, and industry trends
• Assist with new unit inspections as needed
