We are currently seeking a passionate and hardworking Supervisors to oversee the daily cleaning operations at La Trobe Univeristy Bundoora (Plenty Rd, Bundoora VIC 3086)
Role: Full Time ongoing
Shift Times: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Pay Rate: Base rate $25.80 per hour + Leadind Hand Allowance $73.26 per week + super
Location: La Trobe Univeristy Bundoora (Plenty Rd, Bundoora VIC 3086)

As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Attend daily briefings with our client and other contractors working onsite.
• Completing equipment checks and reporting any issues to the Manager.
• Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.

ESSENCIAL EXPERIENCE IN:

• Managing people
• Venue inspections
• Staff training
• Indidents reports
• Performance reviews
• Machinery experience such as Pressure Washing and Ride-on Scrub

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service skills and an ability to follow directions and work autonomously. Previous Supervisor experience is preferred, but we are interested in applications from all people with cleaning experience.
