ABOUT THE ROLE

Peter Alexander is coming to the UK!
We are seeking a passionate Retail Supervisor for our new Peter Alexander store, opening in Westfield White City at the beginning of November 2024. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales, passionate about providing a memorable customer experience, and able to deliver operational excellence.
This is a full-time 40 hrs per week position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours, and bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support your Store Manager to drive sales to achieve targets and KPIs
• Assist in the development and training of the store team to increase productivity
• Promote a safe working environment for both the team and customers
• Assist with daily stock management to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and manage promotional changes
• Assist with the store Rota in line with trading profiles
