Seniority level: SeniorWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and ReScript. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of modern frontend technologies as well as solid backend skills. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our web applications, working closely with teams across product, design, and backend development.Currently, the team is focused on building applications for bank clerks, including a system for renewing appointment scheduling.

MUST HAVE SKILLS SKILLS:

• Extensive experience with ReScript and a deep understanding of its principles and ecosystem.
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and RESTful APIs (Java/Spring Boot).
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and web standards.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., React Query, Jotai).
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
  English: upper-intermediate

• Design and develop advanced web applications using React and ReScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible, while optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Perform code reviews and support the ongoing enhancement of development processes.
