Functional Analyst

Keystone Solutions is seeking a seasoned Functional Analyst to join our consultancy team for a transformative project in the transport execution domain. In this role, you’ll work closely with Keystones client teams to enhance business processes, design solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery in alignment with agile methodologies. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the transport sector through hands-on collaboration and solution design within a consultancy framework.
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, youll engage with diverse teams, contributing to mobile app development, cloud backend solutions on Azure, and integrating with established legacy systems. Your primary assignment will be on the clients DIOR Program, with responsibilities that span functional optimization, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, Project Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Change Management.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in ICT, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in English (C2), with fluency in French or Dutch (C2).
• In-depth knowledge of SAFE/Scrum and related agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and experience in BPMN modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Azure, .Net, and Gherkin highly valued.

• Analyze current client processes, pinpointing efficiency opportunities within the transport execution domain.
• Collaborate with Keystone and client department heads to align processes with strategic business goals.
• Design, implement, and monitor functional strategies that support scalable and efficient operations.
• Lead efforts in applying lean delivery methods, proposing and driving improvements.
• Contribute to the Guild and Chapter for delivery model implementation, enhancing cross-team onboarding and best practices.
