Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join one of our client projects in the public transport ticketing domain, with a specific focus on backend e-commerce solutions for the purchase of transport tickets. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity where you will bring your expertise to a dynamic client environment, working closely with development teams to shape the future of digital ticketing.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect and design languages such as UML.
• Proficiency in HTML, JSON, XML for data handling and interfacing.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and iterative development cycles.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• French or Dutch: Excellent proficiency (spoken and written).
• Second language (French or Dutch): Good proficiency.
• English: Professional working proficiency.

• Perform functional analysis based on business needs within the ticketing and backend e-commerce sectors.
• Provide ongoing technical support to development teams, ensuring alignment between functional specifications and implementation.
• Engage in detailed analysis and documentation of functional requirements, contributing to the overall architecture and design processes.
