Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Functional / Business Analyst to join our dynamic consultancy team. In this role, you will be working on a consultancy mission at a client site, supporting them on enterprise-scale projects, often within government or legal contexts. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of client projects, bringing your expertise in business analysis to a range of challenging environments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of business and/or functional analysis, ideally within enterprise or governmental contexts. Previous work on projects within the Ministry of Justice or legal domains is a significant plus.
• BPMN Expertise: Extensive knowledge and application of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is mandatory.
• Experience with Large-Scale Projects: Demonstrated experience in handling complex projects covering all facets of business analysis: analyzing business needs, modeling business processes using BPMN tools or similar, and structured documentation (such as Confluence).
• Technical Documentation Skills: Ability to document processes and systems in a structured and clear manner, ensuring that the information system meets the clients needs effectively.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will serve as a key liaison between program leaders, project managers, stakeholders, and the development team. Your primary goal is to outline and establish functional specifications that meet the needs of our clients information systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Ownership & Support:
• Act as the ‘Product Owner’ when designated, ensuring efficient use and smooth operation of the product and associated applications.
• Define product policies with domain owners and support both users and developers as the point of reference for the product.
• Offer advice to optimize product usage and collaborate with technical administrators to provide necessary tools for users and developers.
• Maintain thorough and structured product documentation.
• Information System Design & Study:
• Analyze project-specific requirements and business needs, understanding problems, and evaluating current situations to propose viable solutions.
• Gather information and seek expert advice on new application domains or specializations.
• Develop comprehensive data, process, and behavioral analysis reports, specifications, and plans.
• Present findings and documentation to project leaders and development teams.
• Suggest quality improvements, timelines, and efficiency measures for project execution.
