We’re looking for a motivated, independent thinker who trives in fast-paced environments and brings a proactive approach to problem-solving. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Independence and stellar communication skills
- knowledge of portal environments with a grasp of front-to-back processes
- Familiarity with ICT systems and experience in the insurance sector, ideally in commercial property, liability and automotive insurance.
- Experience in Functional Coordination and Agile practices
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU DO
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Broker Portal operations, where your main responsibilities include:
- Problem Solving: Analyzing issues, incidents, and providing thorough, clear documentation for our suppliers to act upon.
- Testing & Implementation: Leading and participating in testing production fixes and maintenance releases, making sure quality control is maintained and brokers have a flawless experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Always on the lookout for ways to enhance the Broker Portal, you’ll be driving and collaborating in impactful improvements that make processes smoother and more valuable for brokers.
- Support with or execute reporting and audit requests.
