Functional Business Analyst

Good day!
We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst, details are as follows:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record and strong experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Markets and Securities Services Middle and Back Office including Fund Services, and Cash Securities; operations as a function, asset classes, products, industry wide systems and processes
• Experience of being involved in and managed successful delivery of large and complex operational change from initiation to deployment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in influencing a senior set of sponsors and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Certifications:

• Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®)
• Professional Scrum Master level I (PSM I)
