ABOUT THE TEAM AND POSITION:
To strengthen our Operational Business Solutions team, we are actively looking for a Temporary Functional / Operations Business Analyst (m/f) for our operational business solutions.
Our team is responsible for the implementation of Operational Business Solutions. Become part of our team (1 Manager and 3 remote developers) and contribute to the continued success of the Euroports group. It is a unique opportunity as we will shape the future where we take obstacles and challenges and turn them into opportunities.
Every day the operational business solution team optimizes Euroports’ operational processes. In addition, the team will further develop our systems both on a functional and technical level (interfaces, EDI) in order to improve, streamline, automate, roll-out internationally and digitalize the internal business processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Master’s degree holder or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in a similar position.
- Industry: prior working experience in the maritime sector or in the sector of our customers is a plus.
- People management: prior experience leading small teams of developers.
- Tools: Ipos, LGS, Port Opera, Y-type, LMS, …
- Skills & Competencies: analytical, problem solving, sense of ownership, result driven, make necessary adjustments, persuasive, implementation and business process management.
- Languages: English is essential. Dutch is an absolute plus, other languages within the group a nice to have.
