Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with Siemens NX software, including design, simulation, and manufacturing modules.
- Proven track record in the marine industry, with a deep understanding of shipbuilding processes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., VB, Python) for NX customization is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert consultation on the implementation and optimization of Siemens NX software in marine engineering and shipbuilding projects.
- Analyze client requirements and business processes to develop tailored solutions that meet project objectives and industry standards.
- Advise clients on best practices for using NX to enhance design, simulation, and manufacturing processes in the marine industry.
- Lead and manage NX implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for clients to enhance their proficiency in using NX software.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of NX solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and best practice guides.
- Customize and configure NX software to meet specific client needs, integrating it with other systems and tools as required.
- Develop scripts, macros, and other automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Conduct testing and validation of customized solutions to ensure they meet performance and functionality requirements
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in the marine industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations on how to leverage NX capabilities to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums to represent the company and share knowledge.
