Participate in identifying and providing recommendations on application needs for customers so as to provide the right business solutions.
Perform and monitor the implementation process in accordance with the assignments given by the Project Manager. Become an instructor in providing basic training for customers in learning, understanding the product and how to operate the application.
Make direct contact with customers to provide solutions to simple problems that arise after the implementation, as well as see the possibility of developing new needs.
Maintain and develop application knowledge of principal technology.
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Management
Understand about HCM business process, preferably have a background as HRBP
At least 2 years of work experience handling HCM application implementation, preferably for HCM cloud such as Workday or Oracle fusion or Darwinbox or SAP SF)
Understand PPH21 tax calculation used in Indonesia (gross/gross up)
Mastering English verbally and in writin
