Functional lead surveillance

This role covers the entire development lifecycle:

• From concept definition and system design
• Through integration and validation
• To delivery aboard customer vessel

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate Agile teams across streams in a Scrum environment
• Translate technical requirements into system/software designs and specifications
• Prioritize backlogs using Jira and EazyBI, ensuring alignment with delivery goals
• Facilitate design sessions, challenge POs, and drive stream input on time and quality
• Collaborate with Work Package Managers, architects, POs, and other Functional Leads
• Manage stakeholders, both internal and externa
