Description:
Oracle Functional Business Analyst - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, £70-75K, bonus + bens. You must have solid experience of implementing Oracle EBS 12.2.12 within a manufacturing setting. You should have a background demonstrating Oracle development and deployment, support, working with Oracle Finance, Order Management, supply chain and manufacturing, assessing , improving and delivering new and improved solutions through the Oracle system.
YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Ideally educated to Degree Level in Information Systems, Information Technology or similar, you will be able to demonstrate both knowledge and expertise in computer science-related topics.
There is a requirement for new project involvement, attached to the ongoing development of Oracle-based systems and processes, therefore the ability to challenge and drive through change is a given.
Your employment history will showcase previous Oracle development and deployment experience, gained within a manufacturing setting, (supporting Oracle EBS Versions, 12.2.12), working as a Senior Analyst, having had responsibility for the full integrated stack of Oracle cloud applications and Oracle cloud platform services.
As the Functional Oracle Business Analyst, you must evidence previous/current expertise working with Oracle Finance, Order Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing assessing, improving, and delivering new and improved solutions through the Oracle system.
Naturally, there is a need to research, understand and apply Oracle Application knowledge across all areas of the business, having exemplary levels of verbal and written communication skills, confident in the delivery of information and complex reporting to key stakeholders.
This Oracle Functional Business Analyst position will initially require 5 days a week in a Milton Keynes office for the 1st 6-8 weeks but will then transition into a hybrid model, requiring 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home.
The base salary is £70-75K, depending on suitability with a discretionary bonus, life assurance, pension

Responsibilities:
The position of Oracle Functional Business Analyst is a new and evolving role, which is business-critical, reporting to the US Senior Leadership Team and UK service users and wider business functions.
You will be fully involved in the ongoing implementation of Oracle across the global manufacturing divisions, working collaboratively with business applications, analysts, process owners, developers and of course the end users.
You need to be able to deliver solutions and improvements to internal and external stakeholders, with a results-focused approach capable of complex thinking and delivery.
Working closely with key stakeholders and business managers, you are responsible for delivering ongoing coaching and training and producing documentation on all activities.
Key objectives will include the facilitation of business processes, reviewing current end-user activities and scope, building business requirements, and designing solutions across the wider organisation.
