We at Flat Europe digital office team are a central team with close cooperation to our digital organizations in and across in our production facilities to steer the Industrial Digital journey.
We are seeking an experienced ALIM/DMS functional & technical expert skilled in the Hexagon SDx technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering, configuring, and optimizing the Hexagon SDx platform to support our organization’s needs where we both aim to extend the usage of the ALIM platform to other projects next to DECARB and to deploy for ou Operations & Maintenance business.
Together with the business product owner(s), the IT product owner and colleague experts & support people, you are the team that governs the reliable and robust state of the platform and ensures the further roll-out and enhancements.

PROFILE

• You have a Technical oriented master’s degree in digital, Computer Science, Automation Technology, or a related field or showing high experience on technical orientation.
• Having proven administration experience with tools for document & collaboration management, in particular Hexagon SDx, is required. Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including testing practices and frameworks.
• You are very result driven and have dedicated energy and determination to move projects forward.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
• English is mandatory. Mastery of additional European languages is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and maintain the Hexagon SDx platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Analyze functional business requirements with the business and IT products owners governing the maintainability of the platform
• Configure and implement these new requirements in the platform ensuring zero impact deployment
• Install and enhance functional & regression test plans, build test automation where appropriate
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate Hexagon SDx with existing systems and applications (eg. SAP Maintenance, data lake integration for BI needs)
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise, be in first line contact with the SaaS operational teams
• Support our user community that is spread over all our manufacturing sites
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Hexagon SDx administration
  While your initial mission is focused on the Hexagon SDx tooling, you will in the future extend your scope of expertise to other ECM-DMS technologies (D3, mclaren, Documentum, etc).
