Warsaw-based opportunity to work in hybrid model
As a Fund Accounting Expert, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a variety of middle-office collateral and settlement activities within our client’s Markets and Securities Services division. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless settlement of ETF orders in the primary market.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO STREAMLINE PROCESSES, RECOMMEND SYSTEM, SERVICE, AND PROCESS ENHANCEMENTS, AND LEAD AND EVALUATE SYSTEM TESTING

• Coordinate staff assignments to ensure optimal effectiveness by assessing business requirements and staff skill sets and development needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, serving as a point of escalation for complex customer issues
• Conduct discovery and due diligence activities to measure service quality
• Manage the Risk and Control agenda, including audits, interfacing with internal and external auditors, and identifying process gaps. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for cost savings, FTE reduction, and optimization
• Work closely with Sales and Client Executives (CEs) on client management and service improvement initiatives

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, financial services, strategic management, resource/expense management, and client relationship management
• Demonstrated expertise in fund services and processes
• Strong understanding of operational delivery and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in a related area
