Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Fund Administrator you support the management and fund team of European real estate funds and you are responsible for the procedural and administrative compliance, as well as the corporate governance, of the funds. From our office in Luxembourg, you will be a central point in the communication and cooperation with the client team/local colleagues and external service providers around EMEA. This includes corporate secretarial activities such as convening Board of Managers meetings, preparing board packs, drafting meeting minutes and filing.
You are a contact person for shareholders and responsible for the issue of shares and capital transactions as well as investor communication. You are also responsible for the decision-making procedure for share transfers and prepare and minute investor meetings.
You are involved in the (financial) reporting to investors. You are also responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the legal and fiscal structure of the funds and you are closely involved in the restructuring and/or setting up new investment structures. In this process you closely cooperate with various departments and service providers and your legal, fiscal and financial knowledge is of great importance.
Profile
- Graduated bachelor or masters degree in law or business administration
- Around 2-5 years of relevant (legal) professional experience (for example corporate law, fiscal law or contract law)
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English, French and/or German
- Stress resistant and structured
- Organizational skills and service oriented
- Sociable and pro-active
- Knowledge of the real estate investment market is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Independent and accurate work, but also having the necessary team spirit
- Hands-on mentality
