Description:
Completes complex tasks, manages priorities, and analyzes inputs to meet fund and investment operational objectives. Ensures all investment management systems, functions, and processes impacted by corporate action events are complete and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provides meaningful analysis of corporate action events and works with portfolio managers for election decisions. Ensures election decisions are received by applicable response deadline. Interprets terms and conditions of corporate action events across various global markets to understand relevant impacts.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for analysts and associates on the team. Mentors and provides operational feedback and coaching to crew, as applicable.
- Maintains corporate action information databases to ensure information is entered and distributed to internal and external partners.
- Assists in overseeing and takes responsibility for the daily operations of the corporate actions team. Independently researches and resolves problems and exercises exceptional judgment in escalating material issues.
- Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve issues. Oversees the research and implementation of complex process improvements.
- Oversees daily operations, manages controls and verifies completion of processes.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
