Join our diverse and inclusive team where you will feel valued and inspired to contribute your unique skills and experience. We are looking for talented people who will put our customers at the center of everything we do. Help us build a better Wells Fargo. It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you.
The Fund Finance Group ("FFG") provides a comprehensive product offering to financial sponsors and asset managers across subscription finance (syndicated/bilateral subscription facilities), NAV/Hybrid lending (syndicated/bilateral NAV lines and back-leverage), structured credit & advisory (non-bank NAV placement, rated feeders, CFOs), and distribution. • Work closely with senior bankers to create pitch materials.
  • End-to-end execution of Fund Finance transactions, including liaising with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, syndications, treasury, operations, agency, KYC) to complete operational processes.
  • Support senior bankers with the relationship management for a portfolio of financial sponsors and asset managers, fostering active engagement, idea generation, and providing regular client support and assistance.
  • Provide day-to-day portfolio management, including borrowing base updates, compliance tracking, and covenant monitoring and reporting.
  • Contribute to portfolio analysis across the broader Fund Finance portfolio.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the bank (Risk Solutions, Financial Sponsors, Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Commercial Real Estate, Structured Products Group) to ensure comprehensive institutional client coverage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in Fund Finance.
  • Familiarity with private equity funds.
  • Client interaction experience.
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus.

Job Expectations:

  • The role will include client interaction and a real opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the FFG product suite during a period of expansion. FFG is a high-performing team and demands a lot from any successful applicant, but in return offers a fast-paced, engaging and collaborative working environment with strong growth prospects and an attractive compensation package.
