What you’ll do:
As a Fund & Investment Operations Analyst at Vanguard, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Global Fund Accounting Operations team. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring controls and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to all policies. You will serve as a technical expert, adept at identifying and resolving complex operational issues. Your strategic recommendations will drive improvements in our internal control framework. You will support our portfolio managers in achieving their operational objectives while also serving as an escalation point for portfolio traders and managers. Your proactive approach will enable you to anticipate portfolio events and lead process enhancement initiatives. You will maintain open lines of communication with both internal and external partners, resolving any process or reconciliation issues that arise. Your oversight will extend to researching and implementing complex process improvements as well as managing internal event tracking. Your role will involve performing incident analysis and enhancing workflows.
