We are recruiting to fill the position below:
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required. MBA or professional certification (e.g., ICAN, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund management or relationship management roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience in the Mutual Fund market is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build conversation and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Knowledge of Equities and Financial Markets
- Excellent Financial Management Skills
- Strong Analytical, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills.
- An SEC-Sponsored individual.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the fund’s investment strategies and manage its trading activities.
- Engage in market intelligence research and analysis, to understand the market sentiment for informed investment recommendations and decisions for maximum profitability.
- Administer the daily management of the fund.
- Sell and drive the fund’s growth to achieve fund profitability.
- Execute, and manage retail, institutional, and HNI strategy, considering the market opportunity/growth potential, competitors’ activity, and existing capabilities.
- Manage communications with Investors and Fund Subscribers on current market trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the Nigerian and International economy, current financial news, and financial market trends.
