What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Head of Fund Operations in the governance and oversight of funds used within the SJP Ireland unit-linked and portfolio bond products

  • Fulfil the role of Fund Operations Analyst for St. James’s Place International plc working closely with outsourced service providers which are both external and internal SJP companies
  • Complete the daily oversight of the outsourced fund administration and unit pricing activities through liaison with Third Party Administrators and Fund Managers.
  • Processing and reconciliation of cash payments for rebates on unit linked funds
  • Involved in the oversight of investment accounting & custodian activities for unit linked and portfolio bond products
  • Maintain and develop procedures and processes in place within each outsourced provider
  • Report production for governance meetings
  • Reconciliation and oversight of unit linked fund charges, including facilitating transfers
  • Ensure fund reviews connected to Portfolio Bonds follow internal and HMRC requirements
  • Ensure appropriate operational controls are in place, paying particular attention to the guiding principles of Policyholder Reasonable Expectations and Treating Customers Fairly
  • Contribute to the wider development of St. James’s Place, including support for specific projects and reporting obligations
