As a Fund Servicing Specialist - Bank Loans within the Securities Services Operation team, you will have the responsibility for providing a premium quality client service to Fund Services clients, ensuring deadlines are met at all times. This role offers you the opportunity to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the funds that you will be working on, and to contribute to the development of goals and execution of strategies within the department. Your unique background, experiences and skills will be leveraged to help innovate and add value.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Working knowledge of financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Financial Times Interactive Data, MarkIt Partners is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with trade processing, reconciliation & implementing process improvement methodology and/or demonstrated experience with efficiency improvemen

• Operate day to day operation of a fund or funds within Bank Loans , including trade booking, cash, positions and market value reconciliations, break research and resolution and client issue management
• Work with the Officer to develop goals and ensure they are reached
• Complete daily/monthly work process and ensure daily and monthly checklists are signed off and executed properly
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the funds that they are working on.
• Has knowledge of all asset types within the funds.
• Timely escalation of any potential issues to the Officer / AVP
• Highlight areas of weakness / risk in the team.
