Your part in our Blue Care team

Reporting to the Funding Performance Manager, this position is to provide professional and efficient support to the BlueCare Funding Performance Management Team. The position holder will work under broad direction of the Funding Performance Manager to ensure team efficiency by using industry and organisation specific knowledge. Work priorities often relate to technical projects with independent action required of the position holder to ensure tarets are achieved. An overview of the responsibilities of the role include:

  • Downloading accurate source data from various portals in a timely manner, including but not limited to; ACPP, MAC, PeoplePoint
  • Coordinating meetings, including but not limited to; meeting facilitation, catering and accommodation
  • Attend to Aged Care Provider Portal user management tasks efficiently. This includes efficient and timely management of user on-boarding/off-boarding and maintenance.
  • Accurately enter data into relevant systems and databases
  • Distribution of updates across the BlueCare Residential space.
  • Manage the Funding Performance Team intranet page
  • Manage the IT access for Assessment Management Organisation visiting Assessors
  • Undertake other additional duties as required/directed as service needs change or grow (consistent with the above, within the scope of the position and any applicable Duties List and any other legal or industrial obligations).

What makes a difference for us?

  • Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent, or business related tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in similar roles.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience working in the Aged Care Sector
  • Skills and experience with Microsoft 365 (specifically outlook and excel)
  • Demonstrated efficiency in time management and task management
  • Ability to prioritise and work flexibly to meet the needs of the team
  • Understanding of AN-ACC and/or Government Funding Models
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in a leadership role
