Description:

We are searching for a competent Funding Support Role in the Insurance - Health industry, based in Westborough, Massachusetts, 01581, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The chosen candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, coordinating payments, compiling reports, and reconciling client accounts. This role demands proficiency in various skills such as Bank Deposit, Check Deposit, Daily Mail, Audit, Automated Clearing House (ACH), Excel Formulas, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding funding requirements based on approved expenses
  • Coordinate and schedule payments to providers and other payees
  • Maintain communication with claims examiners, account managers, and various other departments
  • Compile monthly audit reports for review and analysis
  • Reconcile client cash accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
  • Use Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data
  • Utilize Automated Clearing House (ACH) for transactions and payments.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using advanced Excel formulas
  • Experience with Bank Deposit and Check Deposit operations is required
  • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is essential
  • Ability to handle Daily Mail and related administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proven experience in audit procedures, preferably within the health insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage, interpret, and analyze data effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a funding support role within the health insurance industry would be an advantage.
