Tasks

• Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation, projections, and funding strategies.
• Prepare pitch decks, executive summaries, and financial presentations for investors.
• Research and build a pipeline of potential investors and venture capital firms.
• Track and manage investor communications, ensuring seamless engagement using CRM tools.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to position the company effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and organize due diligence materials for investors.
• Support scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of different funding strategies.
• Analyze investment trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships or funding.
• Assist in forecasting cash flow and aligning capital requirements with growth objectives.
• Monitor and report on fundraising campaign performance to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or venture capital or Startups.
• Proficient in Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for investor engagement.
• Familiarity with venture capital and startup fundraising processes.
• English language professional
