This project is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for a Fundraising Manager to help us raise over 100 million euros to support our real estate investment projects.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop a high-end investor network: Target and engage high-potential private investors (multi-millionaires, billionaires, investment funds) looking to diversify their portfolios by offering them unique opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
- Present high-yield secured investment opportunities: Deliver persuasive presentations on real estate projects, highlighting the financial benefits and potential returns of each project. Tailor your approach to the investor profiles to maximize engagement.
- Negotiate and close investment deals: Follow up on discussions and finalize investment agreements, ensuring investor questions and expectations are met, turning their interest into tangible commitments.
- Develop fundraising strategies: Refine strategies for prospecting and retaining investors, while adjusting approaches based on market feedback.
- Establish strategic partnerships: Identify and form key partnerships with influential players in the financial sector to strengthen the investor network and expand fundraising channels for real estate projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships: Ensure a trusting relationship with investors by being their primary point of contact and offering personalized follow-up to encourage reinvestment in new projects.
- Collaborate with the administrative team: Work closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth transactions and document management, while focusing on negotiating and closing investments.
