Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Orange Sky is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Support Officer to play a pivotal role in driving our philanthropic and corporate partnerships space. Reporting directly to the Senior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the fundraising team with effective delivery and execution of activities and campaigns across a variety of fundraising streams.
As the face of Orange Sky in many interactions, you will represent our organisation, serving as a welcoming first contact for enquiries. Strong communication skills are essential as you will regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders, via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring strong relationships through regular updates and engagement opportunities.
In a nutshell, the Fundraising Support Officer will:
- Support with the execution of Orange Sky’s campaigns by loving and thanking our corporate and philanthropic donors and supporters
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient planning and execution of fundraising campaigns across various mediums
- Provide support for meetings, events and presentations
- Assist with reporting and updates to relay to various stakeholders, as well as cultivation of plans for key contacts and groups
- Research, identify and engage with a variety of potential donors
Support the achievement of revenue targets for fundraising campaigns/projects, as well as track, measure and report on progress against targetsIdentify scalable/repeatable solutions for proactive and reactive fundraising opportunities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and effective time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with attention to detail.
