  • Participating in working groups and contributing.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and making joint decisions.
  • Managing project documents and systems.
  • Providing administrative support when needed.
  • Completing a Management Accreditation course.
  • Becoming a mentor for the new cohort in your second year
