Future Skills is a sub team of the Talent Acquisition & Mobility (TA&M) Centre of Expertise (CoE). Our global team operates within a matrix organisation spanning five regions, our other global functions, and over 30 countries to deliver integrated talent acquisition and mobility initiatives that empower and inspire our members. The role will report to the Global Head of Future Skills.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for people who:
- Have passion and energy in shaping and creating a skills-powered organisation, promoting the overall development of this growth area for the People team.
- Have exposure to Strategic Workforce Planning or a related field, with a focus on large scale, enterprise-wide initiatives. Evidence of driving a truly strategic approach to projects with a track record of developing and completing initiatives with return on investment in this space.
- Demonstrate significant management experience with the ability to influence and engage members at all levels of the organisation . Proven ability as a thought leader in designing innovative solutions to drive the right business outcome, taking others on the change journey.
- Experience in one or more of Emerging Talent/Early Careers, Talent Acquisition, or Mobility to successfully embed SWP within a broader Talent agenda, would be an advantage.
- Are naturally collaborative. Excellent collaboration skills are essential, with exposure to working cross-functionally and partnering with wider People Partnering teams, Talent and Learning, and business leaders alike.
- Can confidently understand data, with the ability to distil complex information into simple narrative through dialogue, papers, and presentations.
