EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at programme manager level within a Learning & Development team
- Experience in training programme design
- Experience in organising and running events
- Experience in facilitation and delivering presentations

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity for a Future Talent Learning & Development Manager to join our Talent Development team, primarily to oversee the smooth running of our award winning Future Talent Training Programme (apprentices and graduates). Working closely with apprentices, graduates and their teams, this role contributes to our high professional qualification pass rates and fantastic reputable experience for our graduates. You will play a key role in developing the capabilities of our future talent aligned to organisational goals and to ensure that a diverse range of talent is retained and supported to reach full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programme Management - primary focus on the development of Savills Future Talent in the UK, supporting over 500 employees from across our 18 divisions with their professional qualifications and personal development.
- Design, manage and facilitate a range of workshops and events including but not limited to booking venues, liaising with external suppliers and organising speakers.
- Measuring Impact – get feedback and track and measure the impact of core programmes/initiatives for which you are responsible to ensure they meet objectives and positively add value to the business. Be involved in wider HR and business initiatives relevant to your role and areas of interest.
