This position will be based in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.
The start date for Future Talent Program will be the February 3rd, 2025.
Suggested majors: Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Automate Engineering or related.

Responsibilities:

As Future Talent – Maintenance Engineer you will:

  • Provide support for plant maintenance and be involved in equipment implementation projects
  • Collaboration with the infrastructure and facilities management area regarding the plant’s investment plan and projects
  • Collaborate in improvement initiatives
  • Support prioritization of problems and report and document the results
  • Apply maintenance concepts and tactics.
  • Collaborate preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Be aware of compliance and alignments with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
