QUALIFICATIONS:

  • No formal qualifications are required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the logistics or related industries.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Experience of creating and managing a pipeline of prospective candidates at mid level manager position and above
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Future Talent Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll be working with Senior HR and Operations stakeholders, to identify the next generation of talent that XPO should be employing. Working closely with internal stakeholders, predominantly in the senior team, your focus will be on identifying the talent we need for our future business, building relationships and representing and promoting XPO as an employer of choice within the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) and build a strong pipeline of future talent.
  • Candidate relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with identified talent, identifying suitable opportunities for them within our business and bringing that opportunity to life. You will be working at mid manager level and above.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives and ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, assess skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
  • Onboarding of new candidates: Working with senior internal partners to ensure the onboarding of our new talent is as thorough and outstanding as is possible.
  • Networking: cultivating and developing a substantial network within the logistics industry and becoming the specialist in recruiting for talent in Logistics business.
