This position will be based in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The start date for Future Talent Program will be the February 3rd, 2025.
Suggested majors: Industrial, Chemical, Food Engineering or related.

Responsibilities:

As Future Talent – Services Sales Analyst you will:

  • Prepare sales strategy including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources to support the Services Sales Team.
  • Promote, follow up and analyze on sales opportunities based on customer information.
  • Have regular communication with customers in order to strengthen the relationship, better understand their strategies and needs, identify opportunities and develop proposals for solutions which fulfill their needs.
  • Participate in analysis and follow up of sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information, together with Services Key Account Managers and Services Account Managers.
  • Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication.
  • Close communication to and collaboration with vendors on price quotes and new materials.
  • Participate in analysis of and follow-up on customer satisfaction results together with Services functions.
  • Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory re-building kits.
  • Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
